These are widely used in professional and home kitchens throughout Japan and often sited in Sushi Restaurant across globe. This knife stand holds up to six knives. It is a great way to display your treasured Japanese knife collection. The minimal, elegant design allows for quick access to your blades.

Exactly what I was hoping for and what is shown. It was a gift for my dad, who's an avid chef, and he and my use it daily for the last few months and tell me often how much they love it. One single screw attaches the back support as shown (which is plenty), and the actual knife supports are wooden threaded pegs which I think is super cool, aswell as being very secure. Would definitely buy again as a gift, or once I get a house with more tabletop space in the kitchen. Also shipped surprisingly quick. Definitely recommend
